Now that sales have started, it is advisable to include a recent financial check with your registration. This demonstrates that you are financially well prepared, which may be taken into consideration during the apartment allocation process. Please note that your financial check must be no more than three months old at the time of registration.

The financial check may only include a maximum purchase amount. Income details or bank balances should not be included. Make sure the financial check is carried out by a certified financial advisor, such as Rabobank, Intersant or an advisor of your own choice, so that you have a valid document for your registration.
