Through your personal account, you’ll stay informed about all project updates, the available residences and key moments throughout the sales process. On this page, you’ll find a step-by-step overview of how registration, application and allocation work.

Create a personal account via the Graceful Ladies website. Through your account, you’ll soon gain access to the available residences, project information and all important updates surrounding the sales process.
Step 2 – Save your preferences
Explore the available residences, discover the different apartment types and save your favourites in your personal account. This allows you to easily compare the homes that best match your lifestyle and preferences before registration officially opens.

Step 3 – Final registration
The official registration period has now started. Complete your registration through your personal account.
Step 4 – Allocation
Once the registration period has closed, the apartments will be allocated. If an apartment is assigned to you, Van Santvoort Makelaars will contact you to schedule a personal sales meeting and provide further guidance on the next steps in the process.

Allocation
Once the registration period has closed, the apartments will be allocated to interested buyers.

Sales meetings
If an apartment is allocated to you, you will be invited to a personal sales meeting with the estate agent.

Signing the agreements
Following the sales meeting, the purchase and construction agreements for the apartment will be signed.
June – July 2026

Start of construction
Construction of Graceful Ladies is scheduled to begin in October 2026.
Expected period: October 2026

Arranging your financing
After signing the agreements, you will arrange your final mortgage and financial settlement before visiting the notary.
Expected period: July 2026 - December 2026

Choosing your finishes
During the preparation phase, you will be able to select additional options for your apartment, such as kitchen, bathroom and finishing choices.

Transfer at the notary
The official transfer of the apartment will take place at the notary’s office.

Completion of your apartment
Once construction has been completed, your apartment will be handed over and you will receive the keys to your new home.
