Graceful Ladies
On the edge of Anthony van Leeuwenhoek Park, a new way of living is taking shape in Eindhoven. With their slender forms, warm façades and lush green surroundings, Graceful Ladies brings architecture, urban living and nature together in a seamless and elegant way. The two graceful residential towers will soon form a distinctive connection between Woensel and Strijp-S, a place where the energy of the city is always close by, while the design itself creates space for peace, light and quality of life.

Designed for the rhythm of everyday living
Large windows, warm materials and a calm foundation create apartments that feel bright and comfortable. Within Graceful Ladies, the collection mainly consists of two-, three- and four-room apartments ranging from 49 to 130 m². The layouts are thoughtfully designed, offering space to work from home, cook extensively or simply slow down after a day in the city. Beneath the towers, a shared parking garage provides space for cars and bicycles, with private parking spaces and storage units also available for separate purchase. At Graceful Ladies, living is not just about square metres, but about how a place makes you feel every day.

Warm and inviting
A gentle transition between city and greenery
At the base of Graceful Ladies, architecture and landscape blend seamlessly into one another. The flowing, bowl-shaped foundation of the towers creates an open and welcoming appearance, allowing greenery to naturally weave its way between the buildings. Nestled within the landscape are shared amenities and spaces that contribute to a pleasant living environment, while preserving the project’s urban character.

A new silhouette
Recognisable in Eindhoven’s skyline
With their slender lines, elegant curves and warm ceramic brick tones that beautifully reflect the light, Graceful Ladies will become a distinctive addition to the Eindhoven skyline. Positioned alongside the park, the towers create a natural connection between Woensel and Strijp-S. The two towers will be named Mia and Maria, in honour of two women from Eindhoven’s history who demonstrated remarkable courage and social commitment during the Second World War. In doing so, the towers become more than just landmarks on the skyline; they also serve as a tribute to the spirit of connection, resilience and community that continues to define Eindhoven today.
