With their slender appearance, distinctive rear façades, and elegant rounded peaks, the towers, known as the Graceful Ladies, seamlessly blend into the surrounding landscape. Greenery climbs along their façades, while the glass peaks subtly touch the sky. The Graceful Ladies are developed by Land’s-Heeren in collaboration with Housing Corporation Trudo and Dok Architects. Together, the towers offer 280 apartments, one of which consists of 139 owner-occupied apartments. These apartments consist mainly of 2- and 3-room apartments, and a number of panorama apartments. The usable floor area ranges from 50 to 130 m².
